Shipping and Delivery

Australia
Standard shipping is currently configured at A$15 per order. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is A$75 or more. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery
Processing times and delivery estimates will be stated on each product page once confirmed. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather or an incorrect address.

International delivery
International destinations and charges are shown at checkout when available. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply depending on the destination and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking
If a tracked delivery service applies to your order, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. We will not describe an order as tracked unless the selected delivery service provides tracking.

Address changes
Check your delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins, and additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect customer-supplied address may apply.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel is unusually delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law.
