Returns and Refunds

We want you to be confident ordering from NOCTI. This policy is in addition to the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind
You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged and returned with its original packaging. Contact us through the Contact page before sending anything back. Approved change-of-mind returns are sent at the customer's cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Incorrect AirPods model selected
Please check your AirPods model before ordering. If you ordered the wrong model, we may accept the item under the change-of-mind conditions above. This does not limit your rights where we supplied the wrong item or the product was incorrectly described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, materially different from its description, or is not the product ordered, contact us as soon as practical through our Contact page and include your order number. Photos may help us resolve the issue quickly, but they do not remove your legal rights. Depending on the circumstances and your rights, we may provide a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy. Where a return is required for a confirmed fault or our error, NOCTI will cover reasonable return costs.

Cancellations
You may request cancellation while an item remains unfulfilled. Once fulfilment has occurred, cancellation is no longer available, but any applicable return or consumer-law rights remain.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
